The Listing Agent sold this boat in September 2015 and again in 2023 to the present owners – the boat went through full surveys at that time. The present sellers live in Texas and are not able to use the boat in Northern CA the way they had hoped. She is kept in a covered, freshwater berth in the Delta and has been in freshwater for many years. The exterior needs to be buffed and waxed but overall the last surveyor said she was in great shape for her age!
